I feel like this post should be censored because “millennials” is such a dirty word these days. Somehow, when I wasn’t paying attention, an entire generation was pinned with a scarlet letter (“S,” for “snowflake,” I imagine), and everyone in America said, collectively, “You can’t sit with us.”
But, because we’re total rebels, and also because we actually care, we at Akumina decided to find out the truth about the millennial generation, and its impact on the workplace of today. So we commissioned a survey to debunk (or, in some cases, confirm) the myths about millennials at work.
And it’s a good thing we did! Apparently, within the next two years, 50% of the entire workforce in the United States will be made up of millennials.
So if you’re planning to be working in the next two years or more, download our white paper and find answers to questions like:
- Is millennial job-hopping an effective strategy?
- What perks are most important to millennials?
- How do millennial values translate to managerial styles?
