APM has over 800 loan advisors and branch managers in over 170 branch offices.
APM struggled with a custom-built One-Note to Encompass experience and needed to deliver a more efficient loan origination and processing workflow. APM writes more than 2,000 mortgages a month – with over a dozen people involved in the process including the applicant.
APM leveraged Akumina’s Workspaces solution to create a standardized and templated loan origination process designed to leverage the power of Office 365 and Azure in order to streamline operations, drive accountability, and ensure that each loan was treated with the same level of focus as the last. APM was able to remove its legacy technologies and process from loan origination protocols and rely on Akumina to bridge the gap between application form and loan approval for all commercial and residential customers.
