Purpose
Part of the awards and recognition suite, this widget displays awards currently active. Typically added on Home page displays the list of awards currently active in system and go to links to award nomination form.

- ability to search for any user and view his/her org chart
- ability to click on any user in the org chart and view his/her org chart
- ability to download the org chart in pdf format
