Displays the latest documents from a specified Document library on the existing site or from all sites.

• • Can be used in two modes: display documents from all Document libraries in the site collection, or ONLY from the current site.
  • The number of documents to display in each category can be controlled
  • Easily sort documents by title, date modified, site, or modified by
  • Documents displayed are security trimmed based on specific site user’s SharePoint permissions
  • Ability to display of tabs is configurable on the widget
  • When tabs are displayed can support max of 4 tabs (as long as the term has been defined on the site and applied to the documents):
    • Newest – displays the latest documents added or modified by any user for the mapped sites
    • My Recent – displays the latest documents added or last modified by the current logged in user for the mapped sites
    • Popular – displays the list of documents ranked by number of hits (descending) over the specified time period (default is 30 days) for the mapped sites
