Akumina is announcing the release of 6.3 of the Akumina Employee Experience Platform (EXP). The Q1 release of the platform is focused on the new Awards & Recgonitions functionality. These tools are designed to help create engagement on an intranet with Awards nominations and badging. Recogntions empower peer-to-peer acknowledgements from a select list of types.
Awards - Enhanced Corporate Awarding System
- Awards Creation: Content owners and admins can easily create awards through an intuitive wizard, allowing them to set-up details such as descriptions, award duration, Q&A forms, and award page layouts
- Nomination Process: Employees can easily nominate candidates through the award detail page, with comprehensive FAQs available for guidance.
- Nominee Review & Selection: Content owners and admins have the ability to review all nominations and select winners.
- Award Display: Award badges can be prominently showcased on the homepage, profile pages, and other key areas. Awards images and graphics are customizable using icons or images to guarantee brand compliance.
- Multilingual Support: The system fully supports the creation of awards in multiple languages, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for global audiences.

Recognitions - Peer-to-Peer Accolades
- Customizable Recognition Oprionts: Admins can easily set up various recognition types, such as "Thank You Cards", "Kudos", "Great Work", etc., with options for categorization.
- Analytics & Insights: Admins have access to detailed usage and analytics, providing insights into employee recognition trends.
- Instant Recognition: Employees can quickly recognize their colleagues, fostering a culture of appreciation that enhances engagement and boosts overall morale & site engagement.
- Recognition Visibility: Recognitions are displayed on an employee's profile page, with notifications accessible through the Akumina Notification Engine.
- Multilingual Support: The system fully supports the creation of awards in multiple languages, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for global audiences.

Additional Features
- Analytics Enhancements: In the Voice Experience, there is a new "Page Insights" option to view Page Analytics for the current page being viewed. Additional Tracking added for Mission Control apps and a corresponding report in the Analytics module.

- AppManager - Page Management: Enhanced page management capabilities including support for paging and display of cached pages.
- Theme Manager Enhancements: Additional configurable versions were introduced for deeper Hive customization.
- Hive UX Improvements: A range of UX enhancements including the removal of default slats, font adjustments, and more.
- Widget Import/Export: Suppor for importing and exporting widgets in headless deployments.
- Voice Author Apps Re-Translate: Ability to re-translate content from the parent source to selected or all available languages within the Voice interface.
- Hive Launchpad Widget: New functionality to reorder apps within the Hive Launchpad Widget
