They choose to send the message only to managers at stores that are effected by the recall, and select all delivery methods (Email, SMS Text, Login Takeover, and Notification bell).

  • Confirm the audience:  Utilize personas, Active Directory lists, or query builder to target your message to the right user
  • Track engagement:  Verify recipients, faild and delivered messages for reporting
